• Black Diamond™ valves CNC machined from monobloc forged EV8 stainless steel
• Lightweight and robust monobloc forging with profiles offering excellent flow characteristics
• The valve is treated with a special German process up to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer of 0.0002, which improves wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating
• Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A) software and the profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench
• Black nitroneg coated stems
