User : any individual, with or without an account, using the Site or any of the services offered on it.

Data collection and processing purposes

The SELLER collects on the SITE personal data concerning its Users, including by means of cookies. USERS may deactivate cookies by following the instructions provided by their browser.

 

This data is collected when the User :

  • creates an account
  • subscribes to newsletters or alerts proposed by the SELLER
  • places an order or return request on the site

Account creation, forms and questionnaires

The User must fill in all fields on the account creation form or any other form used to enter information on the Site, with the exception of fields displayed as optional, i.e. those not marked with an asterisk. Optional information is collected by THE SELLER and enables us to get to know Site Users better.

All information marked with an asterisk is mandatory. The User must answer them.

Failure to do so will result in the User's account not being created, or in the data entry form not being validated. THE SELLER will not respond to the User's requests.

 

Recipients of data

The data collected is intended for use by the SELLER. Data may be transmitted to commercial and advertising partners.

Data may also be processed by subcontractors used by THE SELLER to personalize Site content, send personalized promotional offers and ship orders.

 

Right of access, rectification and deletion

The User is informed that this automated processing of personal data has been declared to the CNIL. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him or her. The User must indicate his/her surname, first name and postal address. The request must be signed and accompanied by a valid form of identification bearing the User's signature. The User may specify the address to which the reply should be sent.

THE SELLER has 2 months from receipt of the User's request to reply. At the end of this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative response or no response from the SELLER.

The CUSTOMER may also exercise this right directly from his customer account, where the User will be able to consult his personal data, modify them or request their deletion.

 

Data retention period

THE SELLER retains data for a period of five years from the end of the relationship with the customer or prospect. The period begins either with the last order, or the last connection to the customer account, or the last call to customer service, or the sending of an e-mail to customer service, or a click on a hypertext link in an e-mail sent by THE SELLER, or the placing of products in the shopping basket without the purchase being completed, or a positive response to an e-mail asking whether the customer wishes to continue receiving commercial prospecting at the end of the five-year period. At the end of this period, the customer's or prospect's data will be anonymized.

Nevertheless, information used to establish proof of a right or contract, or kept to comply with a legal obligation, may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

 

Newsletters

When creating an account and subsequently managing preferences via the "My account" section, the User may subscribe to the VENDOR's newsletter and thus choose to be informed at regular intervals of offers proposed on the Site. The User may at any time modify the information he/she wishes to receive or unsubscribe by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Postal address and telephone number

The customer's postal address and telephone number are required for the processing and management of orders and for commercial relations between the SELLER and the customer.

The SELLER uses this personal data for commercial prospecting purposes. The tags, which communicate with the cookie, enable us to retrieve data concerning the use of the website (pages consulted, duration, etc.) as well as the advert that directed the user to our site. This data is not of a personal nature. No information relating to your identity is collected. The data collected is transmitted to Microsoft and Google servers in the United States, where it is stored for a maximum of 180 days. Facebook / Instagram & Pinterest:

The site also contains remarketing tags from the Facebook and Pinterest social networks. When you visit our site, a direct connection is established between their servers and your browser. We can then use the information collected so that, when you browse one of these social networks, an advert about our brand is displayed in your news feed and suggests you revisit our website.
