Assembly instructions:
- Start by putting the bike on a stand to lift the rear wheel off the ground
- Loosen the rear axle nut and remove the axle
- Lift the chain off the sprockets and remove the rear wheel
- Remove the old axle blocks
- Remove the old axle block bolts
- Remove the axle from the axle block (KTM only). This may require heat and a vice, but be careful not to damage the axle
- Reassemble the axle onto the new axle block (KTM only) using red threadlock
- Clean around the swingarm making sure it is clean and free from debris
- Take the new RFX axle blocks and place them on the swingarm ensuring alignment and bolts are in position
- Clean the axle and axle nut
- Apply waterproof grease to the axle and wheel spacers
- Put the wheel back in its original position by lifting it and put the chain back on
- Insert the axle all the way through and put the axle nut back on, not tightening completely
- Align the wheel shape using the axle blocks and adjust the chain to the correct tension (refer to the user manual for correct tension)
- Tighten the axle nut to the correct torque as per the user manual
