On the outside of the EXP disk, the friction pads now match the exclusive friction design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch disks. This design helps to tailor oil flow characteristics to the clutch pack below, promoting improved cooling capacity and consistent operation.
EXP 4.0 wedges have been upgraded to now use rolling contact with integrated pins.
