• The Rekluse442-110 purple spring is a pressure plate spring. Unlike the colored EXP springs (silver, red, blue, gold) which adjust the responsiveness of the EXP disc, the purple one acts on the overall clamping pressure exerted on the clutch pack. It offers a medium tension, providing a progressive engagement while limiting excessive slipping. Its role is to stabilize the behavior of the pressure plate and ensure a smooth power transmission.
