Complete line YOSHIMURA RS-12 Signature Series

The Honda CRF450R 2025 has arrived and has undergone significant changes for the entire model.

These modifications were so inspiring that Hunter Lawrence decided to compete with this new machine in the last three rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross.

The latest CRF450R is equipped with a completely redesigned frame, a new airbox configuration, and ECU. The engineering and development teams, in collaboration with the Honda HRC team, have worked tirelessly to extract every drop of performance from this new 450. Thanks to the new complete RS-12 Signature Series system, maximum power gains of 3.7% compared to the original model are achieved, while maximum torque gains amount to 1.3%.

Here are some features of the 2025 CRF450R/RX RS-12:

Hydroformed Muffler
This is the first generation of RS-12 exhaust systems featuring hydroforming technology, which reduces weight. This technology allows for optimizing available space for a custom fit while reducing material usage. Hydroforming eliminates many limitations of conventional metal forming methods, resulting in a lighter and more durable muffler. This new sleeve also incorporates a deeply pressed monobloc resonator, improving durability.

Hydroformed Primary Header
Performance enhancement through precise oval exhaust port fitment, with a smooth internal transition from oval to round. Durability is increased due to reduced welds, and fitment is optimized through the exact repeatability of the hydroforming process.

Machined Joint with Carbon Coating
Our new machined joint with carbon coating no longer requires the use of anti-seize grease. This is made possible by impregnating the stainless steel joint surface with carbon atoms. The result is reduced wear over time due to decreased friction.

Header Resonator
Developed in collaboration with the Honda HRC team, our header resonator is not only aesthetic; it allows us to maximize power across the entire spectrum while enhancing rider connection.

Molded Header
Benefits: increased strength, improved durability, as well as easier installation and removal.

The new RS-12 for the Honda CRF450R/RX 2025 also comes with a pre-installed acoustic insert INS-32-K. This insert not only produces a pleasant exhaust sound, but also helps achieve the best power for the new Honda.
