Assembly instructions:

• Remove the OEM disc guard, axle nut, and loosen the axle clamping bolts
• Remove the axle and front wheel
• Remove the wheel spacer on the disc side and replace it with a new disc guard and support
• Reinstall the wheel, making sure to position the disc in the caliper
• Insert the axle and lightly tighten the axle nut
• With the motorcycle on the ground and the front brake tightened, compress the fork to align the front wheel
• Tighten the clamping bolts and the axle nut
