Imagine any exhaust from the Titan series and treat the collector, inlet, and end cap of the silencer with a high-temperature ceramic coating that increases impact resistance while enhancing abrasion, corrosion, and chemical resistance. This is the special BLACKOUT series. The full system exhausts will have the collector + tubing + ceramic-coated end cap. Capable of withstanding up to 1200°F, this ceramic-based finish is formulated to withstand the extreme temperatures of an exhaust system.

As a result, your exhaust should have less intense exposure to the elements, protecting you for any application or use. The new HMF BLACKOUT badge, simple yet stylish and subtle, features the HMF logo without the "bling bling." This new HMF BLACKOUT badge adds a nice touch to an already exceptional exhaust setup with outstanding contrast. This coating also allows for a truly unique look as the entire tubing is black!

Built from stainless steel and designed to increase airflow and performance, while adding an extremely aggressive and low sound to your RZR. The 5" diameter stainless steel mufflers and stainless steel downpipe replace the entire exhaust system from the rear of the turbo. The downpipe includes a flex joint and custom laser-cut heat shield that mounts to this downpipe.

IMPORTANT: Generally, fuel tuning is not required when installing an HMF exhaust on this machine. However, other modifications made to the machine may require fuel tuning to ensure proper machine operation and no damage to the exhaust system. Please note, no warranty will be provided for this type of product intended for competition and requiring technical skills.
