The F7 Taper bars are made from 7075-T6 aluminum and feature an oversized tapered extension (OTE) to provide ultimate strength and impact resistance, while the Flex Technology (EFT) and Progressive Damping Control (PDC) help provide just the right amount of flex and reduce machine vibrations to help combat rider fatigue.

The OTE is an elongation of the oversized central section (28.6mm). Increasing the oversized section to extend past the last bend of the handlebar adds significant strength to the weakest part of any handlebar, combined with a 4mm wall thickness that remains constant even outside the bends, the F7 Taper bar is one of the lightest and strongest bars on the market.

The EFT technology is designed to provide slight flexibility in the bars. Careful choice of a 4mm inner wall thickness throughout the rise zone and bar taper helps reduce the effects of jolts on big impacts while giving the rider maximum feel of the front end in turns.

The Progressive Damping Control PDC is created using a larger 5mm wall thickness on the handlebar grip area, this is calculated to balance and dampen the effects of handlebar vibrations. It's a similar principle to handlebar weights used in sport bikes but specifically designed and tested to accommodate the range of vibrations produced by modern high-performance 4-stroke motocross bikes.
