Aluminium silicon mobile half-pulley, Ø 115 mm, designed for high mechanical strength and exceptional lightness.
Equipped with 6 tracks for rollers with precisely calculated tilt, guided in the center by a special self-lubricating bronze sleeve enriched with PTFE, ensuring maximum smoothness without the need for maintenance.
Mobile half-pulley bearing system supported by two Nylon guide sleeves, allowing frictionless movement and wear thanks to their design that prevents roller twisting.
The innovative design of the system ensures an increase in variator efficiency, a significant improvement in speed graduation, and the elimination of instabilities.
