A steering damper will help you keep your trajectory straight on rough terrain. It will also help you resist steering jerks for longer. Excellent against arm muscle fatigue.

TONNYCAT MOUNTING TIP:

Mounting is within everyone's reach! First, loosely attach the ring around the column, then moderately tighten the chassis attachment: Attention Tonnycat advises you to ensure a right angle between the column and the damper shaft, which means it should never be mounted horizontally with the ground, for example, since a quad's column is never perpendicular to the ground). Once the perpendicular position is found, Tonnycat advises you to tighten the column and chassis attachments a little tighter.

In the straight wheel position, the damper shaft should extend equally on each side of the shaft. The last step is to find the stop when the wheels turn right and left. At this point, Tonnycat advises a simple adjustment of the damper shaft tightening ring. Attention, the damper should never be at the stop when the quad's steering is! Tonnycat advises you to leave 5mm before the stop on each side of the damper shaft.
