Kit de 2 Etriers 2 pistons Ø32mm à fixation axiale ou radiale taillés dans la masse dans un aluminium aéronautique, ils ont été développés grâce aux connaissances acquises lors des différentes compétitions dans lesquelles BERINGER est impliqué.

Diminution de l’hystérésis: grâce au système breveté Aerotec de glissières chromées servant de guides pour les plaquettes et grâce à leur positionnement dans un endroit neutre où il n’y a pas de déformation, l’hystérésis est fortement diminuée.

Plus agressif et plus rigide: seulement 16.5 bars sont nécessaires pour atteindre un couple équivalent, contre 20 bars dans le cas d’un autre étrier. Un gain de 20% !

Comparativement à un autre étrier racing, l’erreur de dosage est réduite à 17% contre 53%. Pour atteindre à nouveau le même couple après le relâchement des freins, 14 bars suffisent avec l’étrier Beringer alors que 12 bars sont nécessaires avec un autre étrier.

Pas d’usure en biais des plaquettes: grâce au système Aerotec l’usure en biais est considérablement diminuée, quelle que soit l’usure de la plaquette.

Les plaquettes n’étant pas usées en biais, elles ne touchent pas le disque au relâchement. Il n’y a plus de vibration.

Une durée de vie des plaquettes augmentée grâce à l’optimisation de l’usure des plaquettes, durée de vie, efficacité et endurance sont améliorées.

Le freinage est constant quelle que soit l’usure de la plaquette et les variations de température.
