The TNC RACING quad rim is exceptionally robust and durable over time!

It is perfectly suited for extreme quad cross practice as well as for super quad riders.

It meets all the criteria of strength and quality of a quad rim:

1/ the thickness of the aluminum used during its manufacture. You may find cheaper quad rims, but that's simply because the aluminum used is as thin as cigarette paper! therefore not very solid. Our TNC RACING quad rims all use 5mm thick aluminum, making them virtually indestructible!

2/ The quality of this aluminum and the heat treatment it received during the rim's manufacture. Our TNC RACING rims are all made of 6061 T6 aluminum, which is the highest quality of aluminum strength and the most suitable heat treatment for a quad rim.

3/ And finally, the icing on the cake! The edge finish. It is very important! It determines the resistance to deformation. The TNC RACING rim has double rolled edges, meaning that the inner and outer edges were rolled inwards during manufacturing. These formed "lips" protect your rim from any deformations due to impacts.
