Shim for Brake Pads

The shim is used both in competition and on-road or off-road when the brake pads whistle or squeak. It is used as a heat diffuser when the caliper-disc assembly gets too hot. The shim is glued onto the metal backing plate of the pad (piston side).
Then, simply cut it along the outline of the backing plate.

The package contains four shims to equip two sets of brake pads.
