• Black Diamond™ valves CNC machined from EV8 stainless steel monoblock forgings
• Lightweight and robust monoblock forging with profiles offering excellent flow characteristics
• The valve is treated with a special German process up to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer of 0.0002, which improves wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to chrome and electrolytic nickel plating
• Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A) software and profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench
• Stems coated with black nitroneg
