The TNC RACING quad rim is an exceptionally robust and durable rim over time!

It is perfectly suited for extreme quad cross riding as well as for super quad riders.

It meets all the criteria for strength and quality of a quad rim:

1/ The thickness of the aluminum used in its manufacturing. You may find cheaper quad rims, but that’s simply because the aluminum used is as thin as cigarette paper! So really not strong. Our TNC RACING quad rims all use 5mm thick aluminum, which makes them almost indestructible!

2/ The quality of this aluminum and the heat treatment it received during the rim manufacturing. Our TNC RACING rims are all made from 6061 T6 aluminum, which is the highest quality aluminum resistance and the most suitable heat treatment for a quad rim.

3/ And finally, the cherry on top! The finishing of the edges. This is very important! It determines the resistance to deformation. The TNC RACING rim has double rolled edges, meaning that the inner and outer edges were rolled inward during manufacturing. These formed “lips” protect your rim against all deformations caused by shocks.

The polished mirror aluminum finish, the glossy black "black" finish, or matte black finish made with ultra-thick and resistant epoxy paint.

Finally, the detail that makes the difference is that the TNC RACING rim is offered with double drilling! This makes it an almost universal rim for sporty quads!

The rim has drilling patterns of 4X156 and 4X144.
