Manufacture of exhausts in 3 phases

Development phase
Everything begins with a study and development phase.
Over a period of several weeks, we test different versions of our exhausts on a power bench and validate them in the field with our drivers.

Manufacture of the template
The validated exhaust is then sent to an engineer who produces it in 3D to obtain all the volumes and geometry to then design the mold (2T) / template (2T and 4T)
The molds are manufactured by an external company, and can be used on several different mufflers.

Product manufacture
For 2T jars, the parts are laser-cut from sheet metal.
The parts are first molded in a press. They are then nibbled, tacked, welded, cut and assembled on the template.
The different DOMA silencer models

The DOMA RACING (or direct) silencer
This RACING technology will give you maximum satisfaction, but beware of the decibels!
Thanks to its direct outlet, its perforated absorption tube surrounded by rock wool, it will bring you phenomenal torque at low revs, and you'll notice a gain in power at all revs. The DOMA silencer is particularly robust with its aluminum casing. The outlet and inlet are made of stainless steel. This model is powerful, but it's the noisiest of all, which can be annoying with the noise standards imposed by the UFOLEP or FFM. This silencer is not homologated, and is reserved for competition use.
As with all DOMA exhausts, you'll need to change the rock wool quite regularly, on average every 15 to 20 hours of use. It's very simple: just un-rivet the outlet, fill the silencer with rockwool (in bulk) and re-rivet. Of course, TONNYCAT has everything you need.
This technology equips the famous DOMA dual exhaust system for the Yamaha 700 Raptor. The latter is available in both RACING (direct) and WHISPER versions.

The DOMA WHISPER silencer
WHISPER technology will give you significant power gains at all engine speeds, but will be limited in terms of noise. Thanks to this technology, based on a special compartment inside the silencer that attenuates noise by diverting the throttle outlet, you'll enjoy a high-performance silencer that doesn't exceed 96 decibels at idle. However, this type of silencer is still the least efficient of the range, since by diverting exhaust gases to attenuate noise levels, it will also tend to reduce performance levels. It can also, in certain cases of long use at low or medium revs (e.g. trialising), cause your quad's engine to heat up a little. But if your cooling system is working properly, there's nothing to worry about. Its external appearance is identical to that of the RACING model, aluminum casing, stainless steel outlet and inlet, but there's a FULL STAINLESS STEEL version, making it even more robust! and giving it a great look!
DOMA WHISPER INOX model
As with all DOMA exhausts, you'll need to change the rock wool quite regularly, on average every 15 to 20 hours of use. It's very simple: just un-rivet the outlet, fill the silencer with rockwool (in bulk) and re-rivet. Of course, TONNYCAT has everything you need.

DOMA DIRECT 3 and DIRECT 3 VENTURI silencers
The DOMA DIRECT III silencer has a carbon fiber outlet , giving it a truly racing look! The shell is in aluminum and the inlet in stainless steel. This model is DOMA's most advanced! It's a simple but highly effective technology! It uses a progressive-diameter absorption tube, more precisely with 3 different diameters, hence the name DIRECT 3. Thanks to this type of tube, all the power and torque of your engine can be expressed with a contained and reasonable noise level, since it won't exceed FFM or UFOLEP standards. An impressive gain in low- and mid-range torque, and much more power at all engine speeds.
The DOMA DIRECT 3 VENTURI silencer
This technology is the same as the DIRECT 3, but Doma adds a helical element to the absorption tube for even greater performance. Its external appearance is identical to that of the DIRECT 3. The casing is in aluminum and the inlet in stainless steel. The outlet is in carbon. This model is only available for the YFZ-R 450!

DOMA ACS silencer
The latest addition to the DOMA range! Discover the new DOMA RACING ACS silencer system and its patented ACS fixing system.
The DOMA ACS silencer is designed for the DOMA collector only. This technology is therefore only available as a complete line.
This product is currently only available for the YAMAHA YFZ-R 450.
ACS: a system for adjusting the position of the bracket. The mount is rail-mounted, so it's perfectly adjustable.
Internally, it uses DIRECT 3 technology and complies with UFOLEP and FFM noise level standards.
