The most important thing when choosing a type of tire for your quad is to select the one best suited to your intended use.
Naturally, you'll need to choose your tire according to your vehicle and rim size.
There are several types of quad tires:
For off-roaders, SSVs and utility vehicles, we offer you the best tires on the market! The toughest!
These tires are very often 6-ply and can be dedicated to several types of use depending on their profile, i.e. an extreme cross-type tire (mud and scree) with big, high studs like the Drag'on RIDER, the Maxxis BIG HORN or the Moose SWITCHBACK will be noisier than a leisure/road tire like the Drag'on ORYX.
For those who use their quad bike as a work tool, the tires should be "utility" or "all-terrain".
These tires have an aggressive V-shaped profile, like the Kenda BEAR KLAW or the Duro HF , for better grip on the ground.
What's more, these tires feature a radial carcass to withstand heavy loads!
We also offer extreme tires such as Itp MEGA MAYHEM or Drag'on FOREST.
Some tires must be FFSA-approved, and we offer a wide range of these tires:
TIRE SIZES:
There are several tire sizes for quads.
Always choose tire sizes that match the wheel diameter.
However, sizes can be modified slightly if you wish to fit wider or taller tires, as shown in the table below.
Example: For a 20x10-9 size, you can fit 22x11-9 (i.e. 2 inches higher and 1 inch wider) or 20x11-9 (1 inch wider).
