VIDEO TUTORIAL: Fitting a LAEGER'S MGC front axle to a YFZ450-R

We'll show you how to install a LARGE LAEGER'S +1' FRONT FRAME FOR YAMAHA YFZ 450R quickly and efficiently.

Thanks to its "S" shape, this type of front axle makes perfect use of "MAXIMUM GROUND CLEARANCE" TECHNOLOGY to increase ground clearance, making it ideal for sand or cross-country racing! Patented LAEGER'S MGC geometry

To fit, you'll need LONG RACE shock absorbers (here we'll be using ELKA STAGE 5s).

The Laeger's MGC features 3-position caster adjustment.

This video is edited on a 2019 YFZ450-R. This operation is similar on all quads for which this gear exists:

Assembling an MGC front axle will take one to two hours of your time.

This video does not cover the adjustment phase for parallelism, caster and camber, which will take another hour.
