GENERAL 1000
The General 1000 has been available in France since November 2015. This buggy from Polaris, both utility and sport, is the result of a hybridization between the Ranger XP 900 and the pure sport RZR 1000. This mix delivers more power, with better suspension.
The General 1000 is powered by a water-cooled, twin-cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, 4-stroke engine. Displacement is 999 cm3, for a tax rating of 9 HP. Transmission is by variator, cardan joint 4x4 clutch with differential lock.
The General 1000's front suspension features double wishbones with 311 mm travel, and its rear suspension features independent arms with 335 mm travel. Braking is coupled, with rear and front double-disc brakes. Since 2018, the buggy is equipped with ABS braking.
