MAVERICK X3

The Maverick X3 is a buggy that arrived in France in December 2016. It features a rigid, but lighter-than-average chassis made from Dual Phase 980 steel. Can Am claims 53% greater torsional rigidity and 20% lighter weight. Its swingarms have been reinforced to ensure problem-free power transfer to the wheels.

The Maverick X3 is powered by a 900 ^cm3, water-cooled, single-acting, 4-valve, 3-cylinder engine with 9 hp. It's capable of impressive acceleration. To support its high torque, the QRS-X CVT transmission has been reworked to avoid throttle response lag.

In terms of comfort, the seat and steering wheel are adjustable, and the rider benefits from comprehensive controls, including a jet-type contact breaker and start-up push-button.
