The KAOKO cruise control and throttle stabilizer is a mechanical device that, once activated, applies friction to the throttle tube located under the rubber grip. This allows for dynamically adjusting the throttle position.

This system allows for maintaining a cruising speed without manually holding the throttle and can also stabilize the throttle on rough terrain off-road, reducing unwanted variations.
