- 1/ the thickness of the aluminum used during this manufacturing. You may find cheaper quad wheels, but that's simply because the aluminum used is as thin as cigarette paper! so really not strong. Our TNC RACING quad wheels all use 5mm thick aluminum, making them almost indestructible!
- 2/ The quality of this aluminum and the heat treatment it received during the wheel manufacturing. Our TNC RACING wheels are all made of 6061 T6 aluminum which is the highest quality of aluminum resistance and the most suitable heat treatment for a quad wheel.
- 3/ And finally, the icing on the cake! The finish of the edges. It is very important! It is what will determine the resistance to deformation. The TNC RACING wheel has double rolled edges, meaning that the inner and outer edges were rolled inwards during manufacturing. These formed "lips" protect your wheel from any deformations due to impacts.
