TNC RACING 10X5 DOUBLE PCD 144 / 156 4+1 MATTE BLACK RIMS

The TNC RACING quad rim is exceptionally robust and durable over time! It is perfect for extreme quad cross practice as well as for super quad riders.

It meets all the criteria for strength and quality of a quad rim:

1. The thickness of the aluminum used during its manufacturing. You may find cheaper quad rims, but that's simply because the aluminum used is as thin as cigarette paper! So, not very strong. Our TNC RACING quad rims all use 5mm thick aluminum, making them almost indestructible!
2. The quality of this aluminum and the heat treatment it received during the rim's manufacturing process. Our TNC RACING rims are all made of 6061 T6 aluminum, which is the highest quality of aluminum strength and the most suitable heat treatment for a quad rim.
3. And finally, the icing on the cake! The finish of the edges. It is very important! It determines the resistance to deformation. The TNC RACING rim has double rolled edges, meaning that the inner and outer edges were rolled inward during manufacturing. These "lips" formed protect your rim from any deformation due to impacts.

We offer these rims in 2 possible finishes (see photo / product title):

1. Mirror polished aluminum finish.
2. Black finish made with ultra-thick epoxy paint.

Finally, the detail that makes the difference is that the TNC RACING rim is offered with dual drilling! Making it almost universal for sport quads!

The front rim has drillings at 4X156 and 4X144

The rear rim has drillings at 4X115 and 4X110
