700 RAPTOR Yamaha 700 Raptor quad parts and accessories

Released in France in 2013, the Yamaha 700 Raptor YFM700-R offers new technical features, such as long-travel gas shock absorbers and a reinforced anti-roll bar that increases the quad's stability, while its steel/aluminium trellis chassis makes it suitable for sporty use.

The YFM 700R is powered by a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder 686 ^cm3 4-valve cylinder head. Its injection develops 35 kw and its bore x stroke is 102 x 84 mm. It is not homologated by Yamaha, which reserves it for use on private terrain or in competition.

It features an electric starter and 5-speed chain drive.

The front suspension is independent, with 2 adjustable gas shocks and 230 mm travel. Rear suspension is a gas-charged monoshock with 256 mm travel.

The 700 Raptor is fitted with 21 x 7-10 front and 20 x 10-9 rear tires. Braking is by two ventilated front discs and one rear disc.

The quad weighs 192 kilos, with a seat height of 81.5 cm, a length of 1.84 m and a wheelbase of 1.28 m. Fuel tank capacity is 11 liters.
